On Sunday, August 31st, Apostle Gregory Cannon delivered a dynamic and timely message titled “Shifting Your Atmosphere.” He reminded us that as believers, we are not called to simply adapt to atmospheres — we are called to transform them. Wherever we go — whether it’s our homes, workplaces, schools, or even the grocery store — we carry the power and authority to bring the presence of God with us.

Apostle Cannon taught that God has given us the authority to speak peace where there is chaos, to declare healing where there is sickness, and to bring light into dark places. But it’s up to us to walk in that authority and activate it through faith, prayer, and obedience.

Scriptures That Support This Word:

  • Luke 10:19 (KJV)

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy...”

  • Matthew 5:14–16 (KJV)

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.”

  • Romans 8:11 (KJV)

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he... shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit...”

  • Acts 1:8 (KJV)

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you...”

This message was a spiritual charge — reminding us that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives inside of us, and it’s our divine responsibility to shift the atmosphere wherever we go.

Let this word stir your faith throughout the week. Walk boldly. Speak life. Shift atmospheres.
